Annual general meeting 2025-2026

We're calling our annual general meeting for the Clinique juridique Juritrans.

- Date/time: Saturday 7 February 2026 · 1pm - 5pm
An annual general meeting is, in principle, the most important meeting of any organization, especially non-profit organizations. This meeting is so important that it is actually required by law! It is an opportunity for all members of an organization to come together to discuss the organization's projects and finances and take the necessary steps to ensure the continuity of its board of directors—the governing body of any nonprofit organization, such as and including Juritrans.
Anyone wishing to participate in the annual general meeting must register at the link provided, unless they are already a member of the organization. Registered individuals will be considered members of the organization until the end of the annual general meeting. Anyone wishing to stand for election to the organization's board of directors may also do so using the registration form.
The meeting will be as follows:
- Meeting opening
- Adoption of temporary rules governing the present annual general meeting
- Adoption of last year's AGM minutes
- Update: financials, accounting and the like
- Activity and annual report
- Vote for new board members, if any
- Varia
Note that accepting Juritrans' general by-law (règlements généraux à Juritrans, in French only, as decided during the previous annual general meeting) is a prerequisite for becoming a member of the organization and participating at this AGM. The temporary rules mentioned above modify these by-laws to adapt them to our current situation as an organization.
Food will be served for participants at no cost.
